One on One Sessions

Private sessions open up the opportunity to focus on your individual needs. Each session is tailored to support your specific growth. Having time to work outside of a group setting is beneficial for injury recovery, changing chronic pain patterns, accomplishing personal goals, and deepening your movement practice.
