Online Mindful Mat
Breathe deeply, drop in, and have some fun while moving through the classical mat exercise series. Sometimes we play with props like bands, balls, or the magic circle. Other days its just you and the mat, simply and freely.

Union Yoga
We are so excited for this collaboration, and to be able to offer you some of the best yoga instructors on the peninsula here in Pacific Grove. At Union Yoga they strive to provide an exceptional experience. We laugh, learn, remain curious, and teach according to the latest trends and research in asana, brain health, fitness, kinesiology and technology. We make connections with our breath, our bodies, and each other. We bring all of this together, in union with the powerful traditions and disciplines of vinyasa and yin yoga to provide a rich, playful, thoughtful, and sometimes sweaty experience like no other on the Monterey Peninsula.
For those of you that already have memberships or packages with Union Yoga, you will be able to apply them to your classes at our location. You can sign up for classes online here through Union Yoga
What is a membership at Veza?
This is an option for those who are committed to their practice and planning on being in the studio at least two times per week on average. Think of it like a personal Pilates bank account. The minimum payment/deposit to have an account is $425 (you can “deposit” whatever amount you like over the $425 minimum) and you have 2 months from the date of payment to use your money however you want. Meaning you can put it towards a mat class, an equipment class, a private session or duet with a friend, or even the Movement Lab. And when your account gets low you just make another payment/deposit and you’re all set! With a membership account you have access to discounted rates labeled “membership sinlge session” on your Mindbody account when you go to sign up for a class or a private/semi-private session.

New Client Package Offerings
For those that are brand new to Pilates we require that you take 2 private sessions before entering into one of the group equipment classes. This is a way for you to become familiar with the equipment, and for our instructors to better understand your personal needs and goals. To support you we have created two packages at a discounted rate. These packages are also available to anyone new to the studio who lives in the Monterey Peninsula community.
2 Introductory Private Sessions - $170
For those new to Pilates, or new to the studio who would like some personal time to get to know our instructors better while we learn how to best support you on your movement exploration.
Love 4 All - $275
If you’re Interested in trying out everything Veza has to offer then this package is for you! Enjoy 2 private sessions, 2 mat classes, and 2 equipment classes at a discounted rate.
